Accessibility and the Ematrix

Please read below for main accessibility guidance on how to best use this site, how to enlargen text or disable styling completely in order to access content more effectively for your needs.

Page styling

To remove page styling, use the Firefox browser, and go to view/page styling and select 'No style'. This will remove all styling from the browser window area. What you are left with is a text only page, with images and headings retained.

Text

To change text size, use your keyboard: CTRL/+ to make bigger or CTRL /- to make smaller.

Images

Images usually have an 'alt' attribute so will declare their content in a screen reader. Where this is not possible for technical reasons, we apologise. Remedies to this are being sought. Please contact us with any specific query you have relating to image content.

Media

Currently we are not providing a text summary of all our video content as the sheer volume of material precludes this. As most videos are drawn from social sources (YouTube or Vimeo) we cannot always control this apsect of the website. Again, we apologise for this. Please contact us with any specific query you have relating to video content.
