You've been leading and formulating e-learning at your institution and need CPD recognition for the work you have done. This path will result in an award at Level D3 of the UK PSF as a SEDA Fellow (or a Senior HEA Fellow). The journey is a challenging one that requires you to reflect on how far you have come on the e-learning journey and how you have mentored others along the way.

Taking this road in the company of fellow travellers who have been this way before, will allow you to audit your skill at supporting and leading educational change and assist you in developing the knowledge to implement innovations that transform online learning, teaching and assessment in your professional context.

At the end of this journey, you will submit a portfolio to SEDA that demonstrates

  1. An understanding of how people learn online
  2. Scholarship, professionalism and ethical practice in virtual environments
  3. Working in and developing online learning communities of enquiry and practice
  4. Working effectively with diversity and promoting inclusivity online
  5. Continuing reflection on professional practice
  6. Developing people and processes
