The universities section of the eMatrix comprises collaborative areas of shared content between institutions as well as pages dedicated to specific information for those institutions only. We invite more institutions to work with us collaboratively to build relationships and best practice for open educational resources and shared professional development networks. Some of the work in this area is part of the Changing the Learning Landscape initiative, supported by the Higher Education Academy.
The Applied Research area showcases work currently going on or recently completed that concerns uses of technology in academic settings. This may often be in relation to learning and teaching but is not exclusively unde that banner. Any work that is felt relevant to how universities may be best utilising technology to enhance the student and university experience is welcome, to help promote ideas and discourse in this field. Research here ranges from short articles and papers, Masters dissertations and PhD research projects.
